HIGHLIGHTS

They raced together for 30 years. They started on clay in the early 1970s at Charlottetown Speedway in Sleepy Hollow. Allan, driver, wanting to win races and championships. David, car builder, pit crew, crew chief, fabricator, and builder of the sport. They won multiple championships. They raced Charlottetown Speedway, Freetown Speedway, Raceway Park, and East River Speedway. One season almost every finish was 1^st or DNF. David, with help from others, built a safety-fence at Freetown Speedway. David, with a group of stockcar enthusiasts, convinced the owners of Raceway Park, to build a ¼ mile dirt oval that opened in 1985.
