HIGHLIGHTS
Kevin’s interest in cars and drag racing began in his teens. November of 1965 he purchased a 1965 Pontiac GTO. 1966,’67 he was the Eastern Canadian C Stock Champion.
Early 1970’s he Drag raced a 1955 Chevy. In mid 1970’s he showed the ’65 at local car shows. 1976 he competed in his first ISCA show.
His 1965 GTO earned top points in it’s class for 1976-77 and 1977-78 in the Eastern Canadian Championship Series associated with ISCA.
Kevin was a guest Judge for ISCA at a major competition in Las Vagas, Nevada.
He raced and worked at the Pennfield track when it was known as Atlantic Dragway. In the 1980’s he was Track Operator of the then Pennfield International Dragway.
Late 1980’s early ’90’s he got into Truck pulling. He ran a 1950 Mack truck (MACK ATTACK), a crowd pleaser. 1990’s drove the pace car at New Brunswick International Speedway. 2002 competed in Drag racing with a 1968 Pontiac Acadian known as Super Chief.
